We use "Royal Mail" for delivering our packages.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions:

KW Kustoms takes great pride in the quality of our products. If you have a problem related to the item, we will be happy to refund you incase the item is received damaged or there is a mistake on the plate.

However, we do not accept refunds for normal conditioned deliveries as each plate is custom built which means we cannot re-sell or re-use the plate.
